At LaSTEMA.org,we believe that introducing women students to STEM(A) careers early in their education, keeping them interested, engaged and challenged, will increase the potential of diversifying the STEM workforce. As we introduce them to STEM(A) careers through our portal, we would like to offer companies and universities the opportunity to participate with us in this endeavor, as Founding Sponsors. As such, you will be sending a strong message to these women students and potential employees that you are an advocate and supporter of diversity in your workforce or student population. You can be their champions!
